One of New Adventures’ most well-known shows, Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake is on tour again – nearly 23 years after the very first performance at Sadler’s Wells on 9 November 1995.

With such a long history, the Swan Lake archive is bursting at the seams with production and promotional photos, press clippings, poster artwork, videos, and all kinds of interesting facts and figures.

So, to help show-off some of this content, we’ve built a timeline feature into New Adventures’ website. This means the team can easily put together a brief history of any show, year-by-year – allowing audiences to go back in time and explore, in this case, those iconic swans.
