To make it clearer when the menu is updated, the colour will change with the seasons – as will the back of the menu which features quotes about food from famous creative people. Summer 2014's quote is from Luciano Pavarotti "One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating."
