First class ticket-buying

Since the first stage launch of Chichester Festival Theatre’s website back in September we’ve been making incremental improvements to the site; primarily to make it more measurable and easier to manage for the website’s administrators.

There’ve also been some small but impactful design tweaks, which seem to have been quite the hit with online ticket bookers this season:

“@ChichesterFT tickets booked for 2016 season. Thank you for an excellent web booking experience.”

“All booked. Good website and easy to use.”

“Strife booked and a lot easier than I'd thought it would be – @ChichesterFT system better than most in London.”

Tickets for Festival 2016 went on public sale this morning and are selling fast – so hurry if you’re hoping to catch Hugh Bonneville, Anne Reid or Joseph Fiennes on the West Sussex stage this summer:
