Having always been a data nerd, I’m fascinated by creating meaning and order from the (sometimes) chaos of large quantities of raw data. Combine that with a passion for learning and a love of teaching, I’ve had a variety of roles in the arts sector and now I’m here as the Support Manager.
I’ve worked backstage in various technical roles in theatres and live events, then moved on to being the Database Coordinator for Scottish Ballet. That's where I gained a thorough knowledge of Tessitura – and I've also picked-up knowledge of other ticketing systems along the way. I’ve also worked with venues and their ticketing systems; from touring organisations and production houses to receiving houses.
I’m the first port of call when our clients need support, a question answered, to chat through a new project, or if they’d just like a little top-up training! I’m here and ready to help – working together with our wonderful clients and talented developers, we’ll get your site just how you’d like it.
