Supercool + Inclusivity
Hello, we're Supercool. We believe it’s our responsibility to be as open, inclusive, accessible, and welcoming as possible – in terms of our team, the work we do, and how we run the business day-to-day.
We’ll never be perfect but these are some of the things we’ve done, and are doing, to help with that:

For anyone interested in joining Supercool, we have a "Want to join the team?" page. It clearly explains what to expect from the application process. (Plus, we reply to every single person who applies for a role with us. No matter how many applications there've been. It's just common courtesy – but apparently it doesn't always happen.)
Get in touch with Katie if you have any suggestions or questions.
