Hi, we're Supercool – a friendly and supportive team of problem-solvers, dotted all over the UK. We craft websites and digital strategies that make life easier for arts and cultural organisations – and their audiences.

A passionate, knowledgeable bunch, we work with ambitious, forward-thinking clients in the cultural sector – meaning there are plenty of interesting challenges. 

We've been a 100% remote team since way back in 2017, so are heavy users of Slack and video calls. We also get together in person once a year in various UK cities.

We know that a healthy work/life balance is important, and we support and encourage individuals’ professional development, making sure there’s time for R&D and self-directed learning. Everyone’s ideas and input help shape the company and how we work.

We care about people and the planet – our Accessibility and Sustainability Working Groups make sure we're taking positive, meaningful action. We're a Climate Action Workforce, and plant trees for every new website we launch 🤗🌳
