Tessitura Learning & Community Conference

August 2-5 2026 – Washington, D.C.

A landscape image with bright orange, gradiated background features big, bold, pale yellow text that reads "TLCC 2026" followed by "Washington, D.C." in black. Below this, a stylised illustration, in shades of orange and dark grey, of the conference venue, the Gaylord, and the big wheel that make up the National Harborarbor skyline.

At Supercool we combine design, tech, data, and 20+ years of cultural sector experience to craft websites that make life easier for organizations – and your patrons

Since 2004, we’ve collaborated with teams at leading cultural organizations. Together, we craft elegant, flexible, and effective websites that improve long-term resilience – helping arts and cultural organizations to save time, increase revenue, and get closer to audiences.

And we really enjoyed our time in Washington, D.C. sharing our knowledge – and Website Accessibility Tookit! – with the Tessitura Community.

Thanks for welcoming us to our first Tessitura North America Conference 🧡

It was great to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and talk to you about all things websites and digital.

Things like:

  • Tessitura API and TNEW website integration – including curved seating plans!
  • Website user testing
  • Digital accessibility
  • Digital sustainability
  • New website projects

Loving our curved seating plan, and it’s been wonderful for our online sales. We don’t get the 'I don’t understand where I’m sitting' concerns much, if at all, anymore. My staff are very happy!

Perfecting the digital patron journey 🧡

Hope you enjoyed James' session about how to convert more prospects into patrons – by making your website as accessible as possible.

Whether you attended the session or not, you can still get our Website Accessibility Toolkit.

The Toolkit is full of practical tips for understanding – and improving – the accessibility of your website.

An accessible website is important not solely for ensuring that arts and culture are accessible to everybody. It's also an important factor in growing your revenue. Because – as the stats in the Toolkit demonstrate – good accessibility is also good for business.

Supercool are always actively working with us to find the best solutions, and their communication is consistent, honest, and transparent. This took so much potential stress out of the trickier design challenges and technical hurdles that are inevitable in a big project.
