Ticketing Professionals Conference
Manchester, 23-25 March 2026
Hello, we're Supercool. We combine design, tech, and data to craft websites that make life easier for arts, cultural, and heritage organisations – and your audiences.

Since 2004 we’ve been collaborating with teams at leading organisations all over the UK. Together, we craft elegant, flexible, and effective websites that improve long-term resilience – helping you save time, increase revenue, and get closer to audiences.
We went along to TPC in Manchester to share some of our knowledge, learn new things, and chat all things ticketing.
We were also part of the following sessions:
🎟️ All Access Pass: Building your dream career in ticketing
Tue 24 March, 11am
Kate was part of an esteemed and excellent panel* in this session that was all about you! How to communicate your incredible skills in a killer CV, how to be a generalist, and career routes for ticketing professionals.
*Hatti Simpson of Nimax Theatres, James Broderick from Sadler’s Wells, and Line-Up's Emily Childs.
🎟️ When "Yes, we have an API" isn't enough: Effectively integrating solutions
Tue 24 March, 1:50pm
Supercool's Andrew Ladd joined this panel session led by Activity Stream's Andrew Girvan and Einar Saevarsson. Discussions covered fragmented systems that claim to connect but ultimately don’t deliver on their promise. And what it really takes to unify data flows across ticketing, marketing, and customer engagement.
🎟️ Where should we innovate in ticketing?
Wed 25 March, 2:30pm
Conferences like TPC showcase the depth and richness of innovative thinking around ticketing today — from AI, to dynamic pricing, to improved CRM. But when was the last time you went along to a session about improving the process of actually setting up a show, or selling a ticket?
Andrew's session wasn't a sales pitch but rather a challenge to attendees to consider the fundamentals of their ticketing setup.
